Surgical Nurse (RN) / OR Surgical RN

OR RN responsibilities include applying the nursing process to plan and provide care in the operating room, collaborating with the health care team, and upholding standards of practice and professional performance. The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, ethics, and evidence-based practice to ensure patient-centered surgical care. BSN preferred and CT licensure required; BCLS certification required or obtained within one month of hire; SPIRE clinical advancement program is encouraged for professional development.
