Surgical Nurse (RN) / OR Surgical RN

Operating-room RN role focused on delivering patient-centered surgical nursing care in the Yale New Haven Health System. The RN uses ANA Scope and Standards for Nursing Practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborates with the patient and health care team, and upholds professional and ethical standards. Requires CT licensure, RN certification, and BSN preferred, with emphasis on leadership, communication, cultural competence, and ongoing professional development.
