Surgical Neurophysiologist

Job Summary
Independently perform intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring during spinal, neuro, ENT, and other surgeries while operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting equipment in real-time. Identify and communicate significant waveform changes to surgical teams and oversight neurologists, then document and maintain high-quality intraoperative records. Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical education, while participating in continuing education for advanced case types such as craniotomies and phase reversal. Required Qualifications
- CNIM-certified
- 2+ years of IONM experience across multiple modalities
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills in the OR
- Willingness to travel regionally if needed
