Job Summary
Conduct 12-hour night shifts in a Surgical Medical Surgical or PCU setting with a 3-shift weekly schedule. Maintain a 12-month experience requirement including 3 months within the last year, and provide a Charge/Lead reference from the past 12 months. Submit proof of identification, Ohio or compact license, BLS certification, and required pre-employment modules. No call requirement applies, with 14 days maximum time off. Candidates must reside over 50 miles from the facility at Fairfield Medical Center and hold a diploma, ADN, or BSN.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience
- Diploma completion
- Ohio license or compact license
- Live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: Medefis Program - Fairfield Medical Center
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Diploma in Nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Holidays as required
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Registered license type
