Job Summary
Surgical IOL Manager – Surgical Sales responsible for developing new business with hospitals, maintaining and optimizing relationships with key customers, and providing high-level technical consultancy on the IOL portfolio. Partner with Account Managers, Tender and Pricing teams to create customer solutions and bundles, collaborate with Customer Operations on consignment, and leverage MyAlcon360 where available. Must demonstrate strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences, work independently, and drive sales targets in the Midlands/UK market. Roles emphasize customer focus, resilience, data-driven decision making, and collaboration within a high-performance team to uphold Alcon’s image and market leadership.
