Job Summary
Senior leadership role in Medtronic Kazakhstan overseeing Surgical Innovations, Chronic, and ICU portfolios. Lead a high-performing sales organization, manage distributor partnerships, ensure regulatory and compliance adherence, and drive go-to-market strategies and market expansion. Responsibilities include delivering strong financial and operational performance, coaching and developing a sales team, overseeing distributor performance (pricing governance, inventory, and commercial effectiveness), driving new product launches, engaging with key surgeons and strategic accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting. Requires university degree with 5+ years of sales/leadership experience or advanced degree with 3+ years, and strong English fluency.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant sales and leadership experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated and proven people management experience
- Strong commercial acumen with solid business development and operational execution capabilities
- Experience managing distributors and navigating complex market environments
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
