Surgical ICU Supervisor Registered Nurse

Surgical ICU Supervisor Registered Nurse leads and coordinates nursing care in the Surgical ICU, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient unit operations. Partners with management to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, and supports staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs. Responsibilities include admissions/discharges assistance, ongoing quality assessment, collaboration with subject-matter experts, staff training and development, interviewing and hiring input, enforcing policies, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, inventory and supply management, and fostering a patient-first environment. Requires RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and ACLS/BCLS within specified start dates.
