Clinical Nurse Coordinator/Surgical ICU Supervisor responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care in the Surgical ICU, including admissions/discharges, quality-of-care assessments, staff training and development, interviewing and recruitment support, staff scheduling, and equipment/supply management, while partnering with management to implement nursing strategies and projects that enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within 30 days of employment start date
- BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of employment start date
- Nursing license in good standing
