Job Summary
Join Medical City Dallas as a Surgical ICU Registered Nurse. Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Surgical ICU, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include performing procedures and monitoring as ordered, documenting care in the medical record, educating patients and families about condition, treatment plans, medications, follow-up measures, and healthy lifestyle changes, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to meet/exceed standards. Requires completion of Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date. Associate Degree in Nursing and 1+ year of Acute Hospital ICU experience are required. Located in Coppell, TX, with the Hospital Network under HCA Healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1+ year ICU experience
- ACLS within 30 days
- BCLS within 30 days
