Job Summary
Dedicated Surgical ICU RN sought to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy ICU. Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documenting in the medical record, teaching patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures, and participating in ongoing quality improvement. The role requires an RN with an Associate Degree and 1+ year of acute ICU experience, with ACLS and BLS to be obtained within 30 days of start. Emphasizes evidence-based practice, care coordination, and support for exceptional clinical outcomes. Location: Rowlett, TX (Texas, US).
