Job Summary
Surgical ICU Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in the Surgical ICU, collaborating with medical providers and a multidisciplinary team to implement nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage), educate patients and families, and support clinical outcomes and departmental performance. The role requires securing an RN license, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and at least 1 year of acute hospital ICU experience, with ACLS and BCLS to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1+ year of Acute Hospital ICU experience REQUIRED
