Job Summary
Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet sales targets. Builds and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals; pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic's products/services. Educates customers on company products/services and conducts market research including competitors’ activities. Implements market development plans and communicates customer feedback to internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Marketing). Senior-level, autonomous role focused on managing large accounts, expanding market presence, and mentoring other sales professionals. Requires strong negotiation, presentations, and relationship-building skills to drive adoption and penetration in accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience
- Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
