Job Summary
Sell Medtronic products within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts, developing and strengthening long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals. Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic products. Promote and educate customers about company products and services; conduct market research on customers and competitors; implement market development plans; communicate customer feedback to R&D, Operations, and Marketing. Operates as a senior sales professional with autonomy, managing large accounts and potentially guiding other sales professionals, with a focus on achieving individual sales targets and expanding market presence. Requires experience in medical devices/healthcare or life sciences and the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external customers through advanced negotiation and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
