Job Summary
Surgical Technician First Assist PRN in Naples, FL. Supports surgeons during procedures by maintaining sterile field, supplying instruments, assisting with exposure, tissue handling, suturing, and wound closure. Requires advanced technical skills, ability to anticipate surgeon needs, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced surgical environment. Certifications required include CST; CSFA or CSA as appropriate, and BCLS; ACLS preferred. 1-3 years of acute care experience as Surgical Technician or First Assist is expected. PRN/part-time shift with daytime hours at Physicians Regional. Must maintain sterility, assist with post-procedure turnover, and adhere to infection control and patient safety standards.
