Job Summary
Assess patient health and well-being across a complex caseload while acting as a Surgical First Assistant for general, gynaecology, and bariatric surgery. Promote best practice and contribute to quality improvements by working as a Scrub Practitioner across various specialities, with proven experience in Major Orthopaedic Scrub for Lower Limb surgeries. Adapt to different shift patterns including regular and flexible roles at The Kings Oak Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- An active NMC or HCPC registration
- Valid DBS on Update Service
- Proven experience in Major Orthopaedic Scrub, particularly in Lower Limb surgeries (Hips + Knees)
- Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures and techniques
- Ability to adapt to different shift patterns
