Job Summary
Surgical First Assist - PA role with OR duties and Medical Surgical floor coverage for General Surgery, OB/GYN, and Orthopedic patients. Manage orders, admissions, discharges, and consults. Flexible schedules: 4x10s or 5x8s per week with daytime/evening coverage and call. Competitive compensation of $135k-$150k plus a $5k signing bonus and relocation up to $7.5k. Includes licensing dues reimbursement ($1k) and CME stipend ($2k); benefits package with health insurance and retirement. Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Current PA license or APRN license as required for Advanced Practice Provider role
- Surgical First Assist experience or certification preferred
- Ability to manage OR duties and floor coverage
