Job Summary
Schedule surgeries and manage changes while educating patients on procedures and pre-op instructions. Collect and document patient and insurance information, coordinate medical clearances, and perform IOL measurements and clinical testing. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and collect patient payments to support physicians and deliver an outstanding patient experience. This role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
