Job Summary
Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures; prepare instruments, materials, and equipment; monitor patient vital signs and provide support as needed; document patient encounters and procedures; support postoperative patient education and follow-up; maintain a clean, stocked operatories and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards; collaborate with surgeons and team to uphold high patient care standards; strong communication, multitasking, and initiative are essential; prior dental/oral surgery experience is preferred but training is available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required; employer provides training if not current
