Conduct preoperative tasks, obtain vital radiographs, and maintain sterile environments during oral surgery procedures. Assist surgeons with precision while monitoring patient status, handling advanced equipment, and crafting detailed patient narratives. Participate in strategic discussions with the surgical team and ensure meticulous documentation of patient care. This in-office role in San Rafael supports a new practice opening September 2026, offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking
- Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios
Desired Qualifications
- Previous oral surgery experience
- DAANCE certification
