Job Summary

Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation. Lead the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies, optimize contracts, and drive category expansion. Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities. Serve as the main point of contact across MDT account teams, including District Managers, Sales Area Directors, and specialists for GYN and Hernia portfolios. Cultivate relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders, field distribution partners, and decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles. Maximize partnership programs and leverage account intelligence to increase market share while achieving disposable and hardware quotas. This remote role requires residing within the territory and driving to multiple accounts, with 50% travel and a valid driver's license essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience
  • Associate's Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree AND at least 2+ years of field sales experience
  • 50% travel within the territory
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment

Desired Qualifications

  • 2 years of a proven track record in sales within a highly regulated industry or in medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in the surgical or related fields
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles
  • Ability to analyze business trends and use insights to develop actionable strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
