Job Summary
Surgical Account Manager responsible for exceeding revenue goals by clinically driving adoption and utilization of navigation technology in surgical procedures within assigned territory. Grow Elucent Medical's market presence through physician referrals and oncology program development; train radiologists, surgeons, and staff on the Elucent platform; build a referral network and Center of Excellence program; provide education, training, and case support post-sale to enable sites to operate independently with ongoing support; collaborate with Area Directors and Director of Sales on territory plans; maintain exceptional customer service and continuously deliver product training and clinical data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, business, healthcare management)
- 2-3 years business-to-business sales
- Operating room and medical sales experience preferred
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with solutions-driven mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
