Job Summary
Surgical Technologist works in the operating room to prepare sterile environments and instruments, pass instruments during procedures, and support the surgical team to ensure a safe, efficient patient experience. Responsibilities include sterilizing equipment, stocking supplies, preparing ORs for surgeries, staying current with surgical technology and terminology, and collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and surgical staff. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS, and completion of an accredited surgical technologist program (preferred); strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for patient safety are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program, preferred
- BLS required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills, required
