Job Summary
Provide locum tenens neurological surgery support as a Board-certified physician. Perform neurosurgery cases while maintaining licensure in North Carolina or the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. Maintain current certifications in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and ABLS. Utilize Cerner or Athena electronic medical records systems. Credentialing must be completed within 30 days. AMN Healthcare arranges malpractice insurance and handles all travel, lodging, and transportation logistics for the contractor provider.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery
- Must be licensed in North Carolina or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS)
