Surgery Scheduler

Surgery Scheduler at OPA handles scheduling of surgical procedures in collaboration with surgeons, medical staff, and patients. Responsibilities include obtaining surgery dates, scheduling all components of surgery, answering patient calls, following up with patients, and managing a high volume of surgery orders while maintaining excellent customer service and teamwork. Requires strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; preferred qualifications include one year of clinical experience and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software.
