Job Summary
Surgery Scheduler coordinates surgical and procedural scheduling for neurosurgery providers, builds surgical cases in Epic according to surgeon requests and standardized workflows, secures operating room time, coordinates preoperative and postoperative appointments, schedules ancillary imaging or procedures, and communicates with surgical teams to ensure timely scheduling, accurate documentation, and patient education throughout the surgical journey.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Patient Service Representative, Clinical Assistant, Medical Assistant, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
