Job Summary
Schedule surgical procedures and coordinate pre/post-op appointments while educating patients on surgery details, instructions, and medications. Verify insurance, obtain prior authorizations, estimate patient costs, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely surgery preparation. Collaborate closely with physicians, ASC/hospital staff, and insurance providers to support seamless operations. This Full-time role includes paid on-the-job training and career growth within the largest Ophthalmology & Optometry practice in the Southwest.
