Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including systematic collection of psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle data. Implement and modify care plans based on clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice, coordinating care, providing education, and managing discharge planning while adhering to professional and legal delegation standards. Document all phases of the nursing process in patient records. Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
