Surgery Registered Nurse

Prepare the operating room, verify patient identity and surgical site, position the patient, and administer pre-operative medications. Document vital signs, medications, and procedure details while maintaining a sterile environment by adhering to strict infection control protocols. Collaborate with surgeons and surgical team members to ensure patient safety before, during, and after surgery. Requires current and valid state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificates, plus minimum one year perioperative experience. BSN and CNOR certification preferred. Full-time days shifts at Harlingen Medical Center in Texas.
