Job Summary
Orthopedic Surgery Physician needed for locum tenens support with 24-hour shift blocks (7 days, or weekday/weekend blocks). Cases include general orthopedics—hip, ankle, and I&D. Credentialing timeframe is ~60 days. EMR is Epic. Licensure must be active in Pennsylvania or via IMLCC. Located in York, PA, with AMN Healthcare handling malpractice insurance arrangements and travel/lodging logistics. Key duties include providing orthopedic surgical care and patient management in a hospital setting; requires board-eligible/board-certified orthopedic training and eligibility for physician licensure in PA or via IMLCC.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or active Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
