Typical clinic hours are 8:00–5:00 Monday–Thursday with procedures 8:00–2:00 on Fridays; call is 1:4 weekends with coverage of own patients. The group is a 40-person practice with full support staff. Financial package includes a two-year guaranteed salary of $650,000 plus RVU productivity, potential first-year income up to $800,000, a 24-month partnership track, relocation assistance, signing bonus of $25,000, and comprehensive benefits (health/dental, retirement, profit sharing, CME allowance).
