Job Summary
Seeking collaborative General Surgery Physicians to permanently join our team of Primary Care physicians, Specialists, and other medical staff. Newly founded, physician-led clinic in Northeast Wyoming focused on team-based care with lower daily patient volume. In-house services include a compounding pharmacy, lab, mental health and social support, exercise and nutrition guidance, and general primary care. Competitive compensation with a $20,000+ sign-on bonus, 100% employer-sponsored health insurance, robust retirement and PTO, generous CME support ($5,000 annually) with travel assistance, and a $20,000+ relocation/housing package. Malpractice coverage provided by employer. Located between the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming and the Black Hills of South Dakota, offering access to outdoor activities and regional amenities.
