Job Summary

Perform timely preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on surgery C-Arm imaging systems at hospitals and healthcare systems. Execute basic repairs on assigned equipment while following Field Modification Instructions and Instrument Service Information bulletins. Support more experienced engineers with installations and complex repairs, utilizing the GEHC escalation process to define corrective action plans. Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships, ensuring timely communication, and recommending value-added services. Adhere to company policies and hospital protocols, documenting all work performed daily including debriefing and parts ordering. Maintain a valid driver's license and be available for rotating on-call schedules including weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
  • high school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience
  • graduate of the GEHC Apprentice Program
  • valid Driver's License
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical capabilities in Surgery C-Arm imaging systems (OEC mobile fluoroscopy equipment) used in operating room and procedural environments
