Surgery Coordinator Women Center

Surgical case scheduling and coordination at Hugh Chatham Women's Center. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating surgical cases with ancillary tests, recommending surgery times to physicians, ensuring proper logistical execution of procedures, preparing patient reports, handling insurance pre-certifications and preliminary financial arrangements, and using scheduling software (e.g., Cycare, Clinipac, McCormick-Dodge OR Scheduler). Requires strong organization, independent and team-based work, and excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff. 36 hours per week with a 4.5-day schedule and a 36-hour workweek in Elkin, NC; full-time benefits eligible.
