Job Summary
Track pathology results with accuracy and coordinate treatment across all offices. Communicate benign and malignant results with compassion while verifying insurance benefits and explaining cost information to patients. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain efficiency and ensure every detail is accounted for in this busy, multi-office dermatology practice. Work full-time Monday through Friday across locations in southern Colorado, including Colorado Springs HQ and Briargate.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with juggling multiple tasks at once
- Must be willing to work as part of a successful team
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- A four-year degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of working well on teams and delivering excellence
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Alignment with the values and mission of Vanguard Skin Specialists
- Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 10 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds
- Can identify color on the computer and software used
- Offers of employment will be contingent on successful pre-employment screening for this position
