Job Summary
Assistant/Associate Professor of Surgery sought for Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group to join the Division of General and Gastrointestinal Surgery as a fellowship-trained colon and rectal surgeon. The role involves managing a wide range of conditions including colon/rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor dysfunction, and complex anorectal issues using endoscopic, trans-anal, open, and advanced laparoscopic/robotic approaches. The candidate must commit to research and education and will collaborate with medical students, residents, and fellows; participate in the Colon and Rectal Surgery Residency Program and related fellowship activities; and engage in leadership opportunities within a diverse clinical and academic environment across multiple care settings. The division provides access to nine robotic platforms and supports global surgery initiatives. Board eligibility/certification and licensure are required.
