Job Summary
Independent clinician scientist leading the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery’s research enterprise. Role includes running an independent research program and clinical practice, mentoring faculty and trainee researchers, developing collaborative programs within the department and institution, and growing the department’s research and grant portfolio. Appointment at the Associate or full Professor level with tenure eligibility, and active participation in resident and medical student education. Collaborative environment with access to shared resources and interaction with clinicians and PhD researchers across departments.
Required Qualifications
- M.D., M.D./Ph.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
- BC/BE in Otolaryngology
- Completion of accredited training program
- Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
