Job Summary
Surgeon Recruiter based on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, with hybrid work arrangement. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of surgeons, managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and hire top talent, including sourcing via networks and tools such as Doximity and Salesforce, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, and closing compensation packages. Requires experience in recruiting for Plastic, Cosmetic, and General Surgeons; travel up to 75%; strong communication and relationship-building skills; proficiency with MS Office and ATS tools; and the ability to work with hiring managers and stakeholders to streamline time-to-hire while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of equivalent recruitment experience
- 2+ years of national, multi-state, or virtual recruitment experience preferred
- Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment expertise, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
