Job Summary
Surge Team Members are responsible for general warehouse duties, including product handling, packing, and sanitation. They must work one 5-hour shift weekly, respond to activation drills, assist with product receipt and picking, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in warehouse environments. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, adhere to strict guidelines, and operate material handling equipment is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalency required
- Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., drug screen and background check)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Adhere to strict appearance and uniform guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Basic Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation
- Experience utilizing RF Guns/Scanners
