Job Summary
Perform scrub duties in the vascular lab and main operating room, functioning in partnership with licensed staff under the direction of a registered nurse. Provide patient care for clients of various age groups while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Make necessary calls for this hybrid position that requires reporting to surgical services. Requires Surgical Technology certification or three years of experience, with BLS certification required.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- Graduate of a Surgical Technology program
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist
- 3 years of surgical tech experience
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
