Surg Tech Clinical Educator- CVOR

Provide education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration, and ethical decision-making for patients and surgical services staff. Act as a change agent to promote quality through clinical expertise while delivering direct patient care when staffing or case load demands require it. Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leaders as needed. Requires a surgical technology program graduate, two years of operating room experience, and BLS certification.
