Prepare the operating suite by meticulously organizing sterile and non-sterile instruments to ensure an efficient start for every surgical procedure. Support surgical precision by anticipating the surgeon's needs and providing required instrumentation, while ensuring patient safety through skillful assistance with transport, positioning, and sterile draping. Uphold rigorous safety standards by tracking instrument counts throughout the case and collaborating with the surgical team during critical phases such as assisting with hemostasis and wound closure.
