Job Summary
Lead responsible for supporting daily operations at Surfside Grill, training team members, maintaining service standards, and serving as a key communication link between Front of House, Back of House, and management. Responsibilities include maintaining full-time availability with opening/closing shifts, onboarding and training new hires, coordinating ordering for dry storage and supplies, generating the daily Manager Report, coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring health code compliance and sanitation, handling member concerns, creating operational signage, and supporting overall operational excellence. Strong leadership, communication, food safety knowledge, organizational and training abilities, and a focus on delivering exceptional member service are essential.
