Job Summary
Perform troubleshooting, engineering, and project controls to maintain plant equipment and facilities. Execute daily safety assessments, diagnose breakdown problems, and manage spare parts and tools using CMMS and AutoCAD. Lead maintenance projects, control schedules to meet targets, and create reports, manuals, and training materials. Collaborate with technicians and team leaders to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing process and equipment/facilities
- Mechanical design, components, and theories
- Read mechanical drawing, symbols, and calculations
- High level MS Office skills, computer skills for utilizing office systems
- Teamwork, active learning and listening, Critical thinking and professional business attitudes
- Position requires minimal lifting up to 50 lbs
- Position requires travel up to 10% of time
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 4 years Engineering, Science Bachelor degree or equivalent educations
- Preferred 2 years engineering, technical college degree with over 3 years maintenance or equipment engineering experiences
- Preferred AutoCAD, Mechanical design works
