Job Summary
Operate the SMT line to run machines and select appropriate programmes to populate PCBs. Demonstrates experience or familiarity with SMT facilities, reads assembly build documents, inspects and touch-ups PCBs, and is comfortable working with electronics assembly. On-the-job training provided with ongoing development support, emphasizes teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, dexterity, and willingness to learn new skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working in an SMT facility
- Confidence in working machinery (full training provided)
- Ability to understand assembly build documents
- Inspection and touch up of PCBs
- Experience in electronics assembly is a plus
