Job Summary

Manage field and task-level project performance for C4ISR installation and modernization on U.S. Naval Ships and military installations. Supervise personnel, assign responsibilities, and oversee task completion while maintaining customer contacts to ensure contractual conformity. Exercise independent judgment to solve non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems, and assess project performance issues for leadership review. Draft subcontractor documentation including Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and invoices to monitor work execution and financials. Communicate effectively with customers, project teams, and stakeholders to drive accountability and execution excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field
  • 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience
  • Active SECRET security clearance
  • Six (6) years of experience in C4ISR ship modernization project planning and execution
  • Experience working directly with Government On Site Installation Coordinator (OSIC) leadership and Installation Team (AIT) Managers
  • Four (4) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas: Demonstrated ability to lead personnel through all aspects of project recovery activity
  • Four (4) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas: Demonstrated experience supporting Dept. of the Navy and/or Dept. of Defense Quality Management programs in a ship repair and modernization environment
  • Four (4) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas: Demonstrated experience utilizing blueprints to manage large scale cableway installations during US Navy CNO shipyard availabilities
  • Four (4) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas: Demonstrated experience managing vendors and subcontractors to support US Navy CNO availably installation programs
  • Four (4) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas: Demonstrated experience utilizing MS Project tool set to support US Navy CNO availably installation programs
  • Four (4) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas: Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgement to solve project management, technical, administrative and managerial problems dur shipyard availabilities
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant experience supporting NAVWAR's Sea Enterprise 3 contract and deep understanding of the waterfront environment
  • Relevant technical experience within DoD programs can substitute for education
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
