Surface Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary
Leading the facilities engineering team to deliver safety, compliance, and operational excellence for surface facilities, including resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management; drive asset strategy, career development for direct reports, and cross-functional collaboration with customers, contractors, suppliers, and partners; ensure deliverables meet business goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency; leverage expertise in safety systems, separation, control systems, and reliability programs to optimize performance and risk management; demonstrates leadership aligned with ExxonMobil's expectations and fosters innovation while addressing challenges to improve cost and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering or related engineering field
- 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Prior supervisory and/or managerial experience leading a technical team
- Working knowledge of Oil and Gas surface facilities
- Experience evaluating and managing operational risk
