Surface Access Agent - 20hrs per week - FTC Exp 30th November 2026

Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, via email, and through the intercom. Update notice boards with current information, operate ticket gates at the train station and car park barriers, and empty and load pay machines. Monitor CCTV and conduct patrols of surface access areas. Fully embody the 'One Team' culture and support business needs as required. Work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, overnight, weekends, and bank holidays.
