Job Summary
Oversee the SuretyNexus Quality team by servicing clients, managing workflows, and ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met. Conduct quality assurance on all Surety bond deliverables in accordance with SOPs, interpret bond request information, and handle subsequent transactions. Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and team members to resolve accounting issues, prepare reports and analysis, and assist with on-boarding and training. Maintain client confidentiality while fostering a productive team atmosphere through internal and external meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and interpret the information presented in a bond request
- Quality Assurance of all Surety bonds
- Maintain client confidentiality
