Surety Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Manage Surety Bond Renewals, maintain department licenses, and update powers of attorney while communicating with clients on upcoming renewals and new appointments. Research Agency resources to obtain information requested by clients and develop relationships with surety representatives. Assist Account Managers and Underwriting Consultants by responding to client and carrier requests, maintaining Surety file maintenance, and renewing department memberships. Set up and verify new eBonds users ensuring accuracy across platforms, and manage the team calendar for networking events. Obtain and maintain Property and Casualty Insurance License. Work with the Vice President of Surety Operations to support the entire team regarding operational or administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain and maintain Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Some positions may require the ability to drive a vehicle
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and speak or hear
Desired Qualifications
