Job Summary
Sure Start Program Manager on the Strategic Operations team responsible for defining the program vision, owning and enhancing the onboarding experience for new franchise business owners across brands, designing training curricula and toolkits, establishing governance with cross-functional leaders, managing lifecycle from award to ramp milestones, partnering with Brand Presidents, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Field Support to ensure alignment, and monitoring onboarding KPIs with a focus on ramp-to-revenue speed. Requires travel to support onboarding and training, strong facilitation and coaching abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic-yet-tactical mindset in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule with in-office Monday-Wednesday in Irving, TX; telework Thursday/Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in franchise operations, franchise training, or franchise onboarding
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse adult learners
- Ability to travel as needed to support onboarding, training delivery, and field engagement
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills without direct authority
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and onboarding cohorts simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and drive results
- High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
